The Phoenix Project: A Novel about IT, DevOps, and Helping Your Business Win
The Phoenix Project is pretty famous among IT professionals, but if you have not heard of it, think of it as the equivalent of The Goal, but for IT – a business text disguised as a fictional story. Reading through it the first time can be very painful, not because of how it is written, but because of the crisis situations and IT catastrophes that plague the characters, and how closely the story mimics many real-world companies – it hits a bit too close to home to be comfortable!
